By downloading, installing, or using the Begum Gees mobile application ("App") or visiting our website ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App or Website.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ITcians, the developer of Begum Gees, based in Lahore, Pakistan.

2. Eligibility

To use Begum Gees, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your country)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the App under the laws of your jurisdiction

The App is designed primarily for adults managing household cooking. If you are under 18, please use the App with parental guidance.

3. Account & Registration

You may use certain features without an account. For full functionality, you can register via:

• Phone number (OTP verification)
• Google account
• Apple ID

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, ITcians grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on your personal device(s)
• Use the App for your personal, non-commercial household cooking purposes

This license does not allow you to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes without written permission
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Sub-license, sell, or transfer your license to any third party

5. AI-Generated Content

Begum Gees uses Google Gemini AI to generate recipe suggestions. Please understand the following:

5.1 Nature of AI Suggestions

Recipes and cooking suggestions provided by the App are AI-generated and should be treated as suggestions only, not professional culinary or nutritional advice.

5.2 Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated recipes may occasionally contain:

• Ingredient quantity approximations
• Cooking time estimates that vary by equipment
• Regional recipe variations

Use your cooking judgment and experience alongside the AI suggestions.

5.3 Dietary & Allergy Disclaimer

Begum Gees does not provide medical, dietary, or allergy-specific advice. If you or a family member has food allergies, intolerances, or medical dietary restrictions, please consult a healthcare professional. Do not rely solely on the App's Nakhray Filter for managing medical conditions.

5.4 Content Ownership

AI-generated recipe content is provided for your personal use. You may not publish or commercialize AI-generated recipes from our App without our permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Begum Gees only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the App
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Begum Gees — including but not limited to the app design, logo, graphics, text, AI prompts, and code — are the exclusive property of ITcians and are protected by Pakistani and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The name "Begum Gees," "Aapki Digital Kitchen Saheli," and associated branding are trademarks of ITcians.

Your use of the App does not grant you any ownership rights to our intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Begum Gees is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is currently free)

We specifically disclaim liability for:

• Food safety issues arising from following AI-generated recipes
• Allergic reactions or dietary complications
• Loss of data due to device issues or app uninstallation
• Service interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues

9. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App, with or without notice, if you:

• Violate any of these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Attempt to compromise our systems or other users

Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked. Your locally stored data on your device remains unaffected by account termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

If you are accessing the App from outside Pakistan (including India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, or other countries), you agree that Pakistani law governs your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• We will notify waitlist/registered users by email for material changes
• We may show an in-app notification for significant changes

Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
